What services do you offer?
We offer in-house embroidery and printing services for uniforms, workwear and promotional items
Do you offer quotes?
Yes, we provide free quotes for all garment supply and decoration jobs. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Is a deposit required?
A 50% deposit is required on all orders over $1000. The remaining balance is due on pick-up or via an approved 30-day account.
How long will my order take?
If you are not requiring branding and items are in stock in store, we will ship within 24hours. Production times vary depending on stock in store, we will ship within 24 hours. Production times vary depending on stock availability and order size. Most embroidery and print orders are completed within 1-3 weeks after artwork approval.
Can I supply my own garments?
Yes, we are happy to decorate customer supplied garments. Please note, customer supplied items are decorated at your own risk.
